Nick and Leah were very friendly from the moment the reservation was made. We received clear instructions for check-in, check-out and everything in between. We were a group of 7 adults, 2 kids (11 and 7 years old) and 2 fur babies. The house was absolutely perfect to accommodate us comfortably. The location was beautiful with the surrounding trees and very close to Granby, Fraser and Winter Park to enjoy the activities there, as well as the restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The days we spent at the house were also fun thanks to all the games we found there. The house had all the ammenities we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back someday. Thank you for hosting us!!

I'm already planning my next trip! My kids are still talking about their sleepover at the Disney house. While it was too cold for us to visit the lazy river and water slides Nick was able to recommend a park within the community that my kids enjoyed. We will absolutely be back for our next Disney trip Thank you guys!❤️

Was such a wonderful stay for myself and my family! The condo was beautiful, the area was great and the pool and lazy river and water slides. With the bar at the pool was phenomenal. When we book another trip to Orlando. We will for sure be staying at Nicks place!

Nick's place was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything to make you feel at home! We have stayed at Storey Lake many times over the years and this place was one of our favorites. Nick is a great host with a sense of humor lol. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent the place again.

This is so far one my top favorite Airbnb experience. One that I feel comfortable saying it feels like home. Plenty of utensils and cookwares in the unit and everything is clean. The unit is quiet with a big balcony attach the living room and master bedroom. Two of my friends stayed with me for this trip and I would recommend this to everyone. We spent some time trying to find the unit. It would be very helpful if the host could attach the floor number.

My wife, pup and parents spent 8 nights in the home. It is spacious, comfortable and offered everything we needed to have a wonderful trip. There is enough room for people in a group setting to still have their privacy, quiet time, and yet the ability to come together and enjoy one another's company. Fun games downstairs, the ability to kick back and have a movie night upstairs and a kitchen big enough the whole family can cook together. The host also provides a plethora of board games with a large dining table in the dining room if folks want to gather around for some family fun. The home is a ten minute drive to downtown Grand Lake if you want a bite to eat in town, and quick access to all three lakes for fishing, boating or whatever your heart desires. Host was informative and responsive as we actually ended up extending our stay. Check in directions were promptly delivered and made entry an ease. We would recommend this property to other families indeed!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a fun property with a campfire location in the back. The game room was useful to fill time for kids. A tip would be to save the directions as we did not have cell service approaching the house. This a great place to stay; especially for a larger group.

Nick was an amazing host, very responsive and helped my family get into the property quickly after we had a slab leak. The house was amazing, very spacious, open, inviting, and comftorable. The backyard is world class. Highly recommend this host and property for anyone staying in DFW.

Absolutely loved our stay at 1300 Broadmoor Lane in Irving! The home is beautifully furnished, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail—from the cozy beds to the fully stocked kitchen—made our trip effortless and relaxing. The backyard is a peaceful retreat, perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants, and the airport, it’s the perfect home base. The host was attentive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nick was an incredible host. It’s difficult to find a place that matches the description and lives up to sanitation expectations. The property was beautiful and he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. This was a 10/10 experience.
