We had a great time. It matched the pictures exactly and was very clean. Very close to Disney World and Disney Springs and the kids loved the waterpark with the lazy river! We would definitely recommend to others!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, which made meals so easy. The pool and resort amenities were fantastic—clean, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay and we would definitely come back!

Nick’s listing was well worth the stay. Very clean and well maintained. We were unable to utilize most of the amenities available (water park, pool, etc) due to attending other functions, but it was nice to have the facilities available for use if we had a change of plans.

Nick’s place was simply fantastic. Beautiful apartment, very well kept, and taken care of. All the amenities needed. Spacious with comfortable beds. Enough towels for everyone. Very clear instructions easy to follow given prior arrival. Very close to all the parks and main attraction. The pool with the laser river was cherry on top. I will definitely book Nick‘s place in the near future again. I highly recommend this host.

We had a lovely stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and we noticed some nice upgrades since our last visit. The check-in instructions were very detailed and clear, and checkout was a breeze, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location on the property is great as well. We absolutely loved our stay in Grand Lake for our kids' spring break. The house is huge and extremely well laid out. It's perfect for a group of friends or a few families - plenty of space to hang out and a great bedroom setups. We loved how kid-friendly it was with tons of games, couches, TVs, and cozy blankets. We had a tiny issue with the coffee maker, and the owner had a new one delivered in less than an hour!! I've never had a more responsive and helpful host. The property is beautiful and private - our dogs and kids loved exploring! Would love to return in the summer!

Nick's place was perfect for my son and I during our 2-day ski trip! The location was close to slopes, walkable to local coffee shops/markets/restaurants, scenic, peaceful, and easy to find. The recreation center is great as well! The condo itself includes everything you would need and is super clean and comfortable! Highly Recommend!!!
